How to Delete Your Zapesim Account 🗑️

We’re sorry to see you go! If you no longer wish to use Zapesim, you can easily delete your account right from the app.

🔧 Steps to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the Zapesim app.

  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Close account.

  4. Confirm your choice by tapping Delete Account again in the pop-up.

Once deleted, your personal data and eSIM history will be removed from our system in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

💡 Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Sign Out of Your Zapesim Account ➡️

Need to sign out of your Zapesim account? No worries — it only takes a few taps.

🔧 Steps to Log Out:

  1. Open the Zapesim app on your device.

  2. Tap Profile from the bottom navigation. 👤

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  4. Tap Sign out. 🔒

  5. Confirm by tapping Sign out again in the pop-up. ✅

How to Change Your Account Password 🔒

Need to update your Zapesim password? You can easily do it in just a few quick steps.

🔧 Steps to Update Your Password:

  1. Open the Zapesim app.

  2. Tap Profile at the bottom navigation. 👤

  3. Tap Edit next to Password.

  4. Enter your current password. 🔐

  5. Type in your new password. ✏️

  6. Tap Next to confirm and save. ✅
