How to Purchase an eSIM π
Before you begin, make sure your device supports eSIM. If youβre unsure:
Check compatibility for iOS π±
Step 1: Open the Zapesim App and Find a Destination
Open the Zapesim app on your iPhone.
Use the search bar or browse through the list to find your destination. π
Tap on the country or region where you need data.

Step 2: Choose Your Data Plan
Once on the country page, you'll see a list of available plans with data allowance, duration, and price.
Select the plan that fits your needs.
Tap Continue to proceed to the checkout. π°

Step 3: Complete Your Purchase
On the checkout page, review the details.
If you have a coupon code, enter it now.
Choose your payment method β either Apple Pay or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover).
Tap Pay to finalize your purchase.

Step 4: Access and Install Your eSIM
After purchase, go to the Home screen
Your new eSIM will appear and tap "View details".
Tap Install and follow the instructions:

You can also choose manual installation via QR code, available in the eSIM details screen.

How to Top Up an eSIM π³
Steps to Top Up
Open the Zapesim app and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Manage next to your email address.
Find the eSIM you want to top up in the Current section.
Tap Top Up and select the data plan you want to add.
Press Continue and proceed to payment.

Important Notes
Top Up Before Full Consumption: You can add more data and days to your eSIM even before your current plan is fully used. This helps ensure continuous connectivity. ποΈ
Time Limit vs Remaining Data: If your original plan has expired, leftover data wonβt carry over after topping up.
Example: If you have a 5GB/30 Days plan and it expires with 2GB left, topping up with 1GB/7 Days gives you only 1GB for 7 days.
Can I Pause My eSIM Plan? βΈοΈ
Unfortunately, eSIM plans cannot be paused once activated. Here's what you need to know:
Activation and Usage
Automatic Activation: Once you reach your destination and connect to the network, your eSIM activates automatically.
No Pause Option: Once activated, the plan's validity starts and cannot be pausedβeven if you donβt use all the data or time.
Managing Data and Time
Top Up Anytime: If you need more time or data, simply top up.
How to Top Up: Open the Zapesim app β Profile tab β Manage β Choose your eSIM β Tap Top Up.
Tips for Better Usage π
Plan Ahead: Activate your eSIM only when you arrive at your destination to maximize usage.
Monitor Usage: Check your balance and validity anytime under My eSIMs in the app.
Choose the Right Plan: Estimate your data needs and trip duration to pick the most suitable plan.
How to Issue a Refund for a Purchase π§Ύ

Tap Contact Support.
Explain your request: include the eSIM plan purchased and the issue encountered.
